Ákos Juhász DLA
Ákos Juhász is an architect and educator with a passion for place-making and a strong belief in learning through experience. Following studies in Budapest, Helsinki and Bath, he has been practicing and teaching both in Hungary and the United Kingdom.
Being the first recipient of the Goldfinger Scholarship, he graduated with distinction at the MA programme at the University of Bath in 2003. He stayed to be a part time teaching fellow as well as a practicing architect. Having joined Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios he has worked on numerous award-winning projects mainly in the cultural and education sector during the past two decades. FCBS has earned a reputation as a leading practice of sustainable architecture with the most RIBA awards.
As the Head of Architecture at MOME (2014-2016) Akos played an active role in building international relations and has been involved in several cross-cultural projects, awarded competitions and symposiums ever since. He was team leader at workshops such as HelloWood or Studio-in-the-Woods.
